Price is not always the deciding factor and the first offer may not be final. Contrary to popular belief, when presented with multiple offers, the highest price offer may not be the best offer to accept after all things are considered. Receiving multiple offers does not always mean your home will sell over asking price, either. We help you sift through all the terms and conditions of the offer(s) you receive to create a transaction best suiting your needs. We help you create a counter offer in response to an offer you feel falls short.
4.2 Stay on Track
You’ve selected your offer. Now, you and the buyer(s) have a timetable to mark every stage in the process. Meeting the requirements on time ensures a smooth flow of negotiations. During the process we will keep you constantly updated so you’ll always be prepared for the next step. If setbacks occur, we will have options.
